It is at the very heart beat and core of Ricky to partner alongside non-profits and social organizations within the community. His vision is to not start new programs within The Well but to come alongside so many that are already set up. A lot of the reason for the endeavor of The Well to begin was he realized he could not volunteer everywhere that he wanted and felt a need. He realized God was calling him to stir up others to serve with him. It is a dream of his that one day there would be someone from The Well serving within every organization in Rogers County. One of his favorite quotes is: "We aren't here to get from this community, we are here to give".
