Being an infant church we've gone to great lengths to keep a high level of integrity when it comes to our finances. Many people have been left with a bad taste in their mouths regarding money and church.  We are attempting to guard that before we ever launch publicly.

Although in approach The Well is very non-denominational, we decided early on we didn't want to have a maverick approach and needed to be affiliated.  We are currently held accountable by the Assemblies of God and receive counsel as well.  Once a month we meet with an Advisory Team that consists of area Pastors and denominational leaders, that examine our budget, receive our feedback, and make those calls so we don't have too.  As our church grows out of our infancy stage we will seek out reliable men, based upon Paul's letters to Timothy, that can then be apart of that Advisory Team.

Here's what others have said about giving to The Well:

“Ok so I must tell you that I was stressing out about money cause I had the unexpected expense of $500.00 for my lovely dogs on Saturday. After Sunday's message I prayed about it and told God that I was putting my trust in Him. Guess what?!?! After bills and my dog's Dr bill are paid I still have some money left. I have not had this in awhile now. It pays to be ALL IN!!!!”

“Tithing is important to us and it is time we put back where it belongs, front and center.  When we were going through the house buying process we really slacked off because we were nervous.  I think we were really touched on Sunday when our safe and nervous actions translated into a lack of trust in God.”

“We listened to it last night together, and tithing is something we have really struggled with. We have wanted to give, but we were scared to put our faith in knowing God would provide for us.  But after praying & talking we have come to the conclusion that we need to tithe our 10%. So we both get paid this week, & the first thing we will do is write our 10% check to the Well.”

“We are ALL IN!  We believe in what this church is trying to do and we feel the Lord trying to work through us. Your message Sunday really spoke to us and we will be trusting in the Lord now with our finances.  I felt that your message is were we are right now and that some things are just going to have to wait.  But on Sunday we both agreed that things were going to stop and go back to the basics.”
