TEAM WELL
"On this team you won't make a difference, YOU will be the difference"
If you've been checking out the Well for a while and want to get more involved, we would be honored to have you be apart of Team Well. We have a pretty cool partnering process, but we don't push it or require it. It's not putting a sticker next to your name for perfect attendance, or reserving a theater seat with your name on it. If you want to be a leader than we will ask you to put a towel around your waist, get ready to sweat as we serve. Our next "Join the Team" dinner is on March 21st @ 6pm. For more information email our Growth Pastor Darren Rice by clicking here.
We've made active involvement very easy, centered on two simplistic concepts: drink and pour through our 5 G's.

:: Gatherings
The purpose of our gatherings is to create an environment in which any barrier someone might have to coming to church will be stripped away and lifechange would occur. Our desire is that church would be a blast and that we would never be embarrassed to invite a friend. It is an opportunity for us to come together and celebrate everything Christ has done in our lives, build relationships with each other, and be challenged by the Bible to walk as closely behind Jesus as possible. Being apart of the team means showing up to the game.
:: Groups
An essential element of The Well is engaging in community with others. If you want to be a part of Team Well, you will be a part of small band of 10-12 people who meet regularly for relationships, accountability, and spiritual growth. Our passion is that you would be loved far more than you love yourself and that you would develop friends who won't let you make stupid decisions. Being a great player usually means having partners to train with.
:: Growths
Somone can go to church all their lives but without developing spiritual disciplines, they will struggle constantly. We will do everthing we can to encourage you in areas such as: prayer, bible reading, worship, and fasting. Unless your relationship with Christ becomes personal, your life will be empty. Being on the team means growing in your relationship with the head coach.

:: Gifts
Every person is given gifts and abilities to be used for the cause of Christ. We will provide an opportunity for those gifts to be developed through serving at The Well, as well as serving in the community. Our goal is to give ourselves away and be comes selfless servants. It doesn't matter if someone is helping with parking, teaching kids, or setting up equipment - everyone matters. Being apart of the team means playing a specific role.
:: Giving
Jesus said: "Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." (Matthew 6:21) We ask those who call The Well their home to invest at least 10% of their income. This is not about paying our dues so that we can build an empire for ourselves or that the staff can drive expensive vehicles. It is so that we can give back to our community, to a cause, as well as see God's favor come back to you as you obey him in this principle of tithing.
